Most products are sourced from manufacturers and shipped to our warehouse before being dispatched to the customer. This process may extend overall delivery timelines.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping availability may vary for remote or rural locations.

Freight & Oversized Deliveries

Large fountains, aeration systems, and equipment may ship via freight carriers.

  • Freight deliveries are typically curbside only
  • Customers are responsible for unloading and handling the product upon delivery
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Markham, Ontario location.

Customers must wait for confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Multiple Shipments
