Description
Kasco Replacement Motor 4400 (1HP) is a genuine factory replacement motor for Kasco 4400 series fountains, VFX fountains, surface aerators, circulators, and de-icers. Available in 120V (4400R) and 240V (4400HR) single-phase versions with zinc anode on the motor shaft, it restores your unit to like-new performance without replacing the whole system.

Which motor is right for your unit?
Match the voltage to your existing unit — models with an "H" (e.g. 4400HJF, 4400HD) use 240V; all others use 120V. Choose the stub-cord option if your existing quick-disconnect power cord is in good shape. Send us the model and serial number off the unit, plus a description of the fault or a photo. Kasco has revised components across production runs - the 3400J and 4400J were redesigned, for instance - so the model number alone does not always resolve it.
We will name the exact part. That is faster than guessing and considerably cheaper than ordering twice.
More often than people expect, repair is the better call. Seals, propellers, o-rings, capacitors, floats and cord hardware account for most of what crosses our bench, and each is a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
We run the repair centre, so we have no reason to sell you a replacement you do not need. Send the model number and the symptom for an honest assessment.
A propeller and an o-ring set. Those are the parts that strand a unit mid-season, and they are inexpensive against losing the use of a fountain for a month waiting on a shipment.
On a diffused aeration system, a cabinet air filter and a compressor rebuild kit serve the same purpose - and the filter is a genuine consumable rather than a failure part.
Yes. Kasco's parts catalogue runs to several hundred items and we stock the fast movers rather than all of them - nozzles, diffuser components, float assemblies, mounts, quick disconnects and control panel parts are all available to order.

A sacrificial anode. It corrodes in place of the stainless steel and aluminium components, and it is consumed by design - which means it needs replacing periodically rather than lasting the life of the unit.
