We Are Proud to Partner With
Find Your Part
Motors, panels, cords and wear parts. If you are not certain which you need, send us the model and serial number rather than guessing.
Not sure which part failed?
Send us the model and serial number and a description of what it is doing. We will identify the part and tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing - we run the repair centre, so we have no reason to sell you a new unit you do not need.
Most Failures Are a Part, Not a Write-Off
A fountain or aerator that has stopped is usually not finished. Seals, propellers, o-rings, capacitors, floats and cord hardware account for the large majority of what comes across our bench, and every one of them is a fraction of the cost of a replacement unit. The motor itself fails far less often than people assume, and even then a replacement motor is cheaper than a whole system.
What makes the difference is identifying the right part. Kasco has revised components across production runs, so the model number alone does not always resolve it - the serial number does. Send us both, along with a description of what the unit is actually doing, and we will name the part rather than have you order twice.
Control panels sit slightly apart from the wear parts. A panel is not an accessory: it provides disconnect and overload protection, and it has to match both the horsepower and whether your supply is single or three-phase. If you are replacing a panel or adding one to a unit that shipped without, specify it against the motor rather than the other way round. Electrical work should be completed by a licensed electrician to local code.

The serial number decides the part
Kasco revised components across production runs. Model alone is not always enough - send the serial too.
-
Panel and unit are specified together
A panel has to match horsepower and single or three-phase supply. The wrong panel will not protect the motor.
-
Keep a prop and o-ring set on the shelf
They are the parts that strand a unit mid-season, and they are inexpensive compared to a lost month.
-
Cord measured to the outlet
Not to the shoreline. It is the single most common thing ordered short across every product line we sell.
-
Repair is often the better call
Most failures are a rebuildable component. We will tell you when it is not worth it rather than take the sale.

Questions our bench techs answer every week
Identifying the right part saves a return shipment. Here is what to send us.

Send us the model and serial number off the unit, plus a description of the fault or a photo. Kasco has revised components across production runs, so the model number alone does not always resolve it.
We will identify the exact part. That is faster than guessing and considerably cheaper than ordering twice.

More often than people expect, repair is the better call. Seals, propellers, o-rings, capacitors and cord hardware account for most failures and cost a fraction of a new unit.
We run the repair centre, so we have no reason to sell you a replacement you do not need. Send the model number and the symptom and we will give you an honest assessment.

A panel is matched to horsepower and to whether your supply is single or three-phase. Beyond that, choose on function: thermostat for winter operation, timer for run scheduling, photocell for lighting.
Tell us the unit and what you want it to do automatically, and we will name the panel. Electrical work should be completed by a licensed electrician to local code.
-
Measure from where the unit sits to the actual outlet, not to the shoreline. That difference is where most people come up short.
Kasco builds cords in a range of lengths and gauges, matched to voltage. Confirm the run with us before ordering rather than after.

A propeller and an o-ring set. Those are the parts that strand a unit mid-season, and they are inexpensive relative to losing the use of a fountain for a month waiting on a shipment.
On compressors, a rebuild kit and a spare air filter serve the same purpose.

Yes. We are a certified Kasco repair centre with factory-trained bench techs in Markham, and we service units regardless of where they were purchased.
