Pond & Water Feature Supplier for Contractors & Pond Professionals

Pond & Water Feature Supplier for Contractors & Pond Professionals

Pumps, water features, pond kits, fountains, aeration and genuine replacement parts for landscape contractors and pond builders across Canada - specced by a company that installs and services this equipment itself.

Landscape contractors & the pond trade

Jobs rarely go wrong at the pond. They go wrong at the supplier.

You don't have a water-quality problem — you have a schedule problem. The pump that turns out to be on backorder after you've given the client a date. The spec that reads fine on paper and is wrong once the crew is standing at the water. The fountain question that lands back on you three years after you installed it. What you need from a supplier is a straight answer on stock, a spec someone else has checked, and pricing early enough to put in your own proposal.

  • Send us the job before you quote it. Dimensions, drawings, head height or a photo — we confirm the spec at no charge, so the equipment that arrives is the equipment the site needs.
  • Pricing you can build a proposal on, usually within one business day. Model numbers and delivered cost in CAD, back to you in time to mark up and send on.
  • We quote you, not around you. The quote goes to the contractor who asked for it. Your client stays your client.
  • Parts when a client's unit fails mid-season. Genuine Kasco parts in stock, and a certified Kasco repair centre in Markham that takes referred repair work off your bench.

What happens after you hit send

You are quoting someone else, on their timeline. Here is how a trade enquiry moves through our shop.

STEP 01

Send the job, not a wish list

Pond dimensions, a drawing, a photo of the site, head height for a pump, or simply the part number holding a job up. Rough numbers are fine — we would rather chase the detail than have you guess at it.

STEP 02

We check the spec, free

Pump curves matched to head height, fountain sized to the pond, cable measured to the panel location, and stock confirmed before you commit. On built-to-order display fountains we handle the configuration so you aren't learning it on the client's dime.

STEP 03

Pricing back in one business day

Specific models, part numbers and delivered cost in CAD — priced to you, with room to mark up and drop straight into your client proposal. Multi-unit and project orders go through our commercial quote request.

The cost of the wrong supplier

Where a supplier costs you money

Equipment failures on a client site are rarely about the pond. They trace back to a stock answer that wasn't true, a spec nobody checked, or a vendor with nothing behind the sale.

"In stock" that isn't

You promise a date, book the crew, and then find out the unit is coming from the factory. The client hears the delay from you, not from the vendor who caused it — and the next job goes out to bid with someone else.

A spec that fails at the water

A pump undersized for the actual head height, a cable run measured off a drawing that moved, a fountain too large for the pond it lands in. Nobody from the supply side is standing there when it doesn't work. You are.

Nothing behind the sale in year three

Your client calls you about the fountain you installed, not the box it came in. If the supplier stocks no parts and repairs nothing, you either bench-repair it yourself or explain to the client why you can't.

What we need to know

Three facts settle most of a spec

Have these on the enquiry and we can usually confirm a system the same day. Don't have them yet? Send photos or the drawing and we'll work from that.

Surface area

Roughly how big the client's water is, in acres or in feet by feet. This sets horsepower and how many units the pond needs.

Average depth

Decides whether a surface unit or bottom diffused aeration is the right approach, and how much of the water column the system will actually turn over.

Distance to power

From the water's edge to the nearest panel, and what service is there — 120V, 240V or three-phase. This sets cable length and panel spec, and it is the detail that most often changes a quote late.

On pump and plumbing work we match the curve to head height rather than to the fitting size, and we check strainers, overflows and level control as part of the same spec. For built-to-order Aqua Control and AquaMaster display fountains we set the configuration with you — horsepower, pattern, voltage and cable length — before anything is committed, because those are not units you can send back. Stocked items ship across Canada in roughly 3 to 10 business days, and GTA contractors can collect at 250 Don Park Road, Suite 8 in Markham.

We supply the Aquascape water features, pond kits, pondless waterfall kits, spillway bowls and basins and reservoirs your build sheets call for, along with submersible pumps, pump parts, suction drains and strainers, overflow drains, water level sensors and electrical and liner parts — the fittings that hold a job up when they're missing. For client ponds we spec floating fountains, Kasco surface aerators and RobustAire diffused aeration, and maintenance accounts run on water and pond treatments, beneficial bacteria and algaecides. Recent installations are in the project gallery.
