Fountains & Aeration for Commercial Properties & Corporate Campuses
Display fountains, aeration, LED lighting and water treatments for office parks, retail centres and corporate campuses across Canada - sized to your pond and quoted commercially.
Not every floating fountain is an aeration system.
Plenty of units make a nice plume and do almost nothing for the water underneath it. On a commercial site that difference shows up as algae along the walkways, odour near the patio, and a retention pond that undoes the landscaping budget every August.
- We size the system before we quote it — against your actual surface area, depth and distance to power. Free, and no obligation.
- One quote covers the whole job — fountain or aerator, cable length, control panel and lighting, priced in CAD for your property manager or landscape contractor.
- We service what we sell. Authorized Kasco dealer and certified repair centre in Markham, so year three has a phone number attached to it.
- A real number back, usually within one business day. Not a brochure, and not a "starting from" range.

Request a Commercial Quote
Five fields. We size the system for your water and come back with real pricing, usually within one business day.
What happens after you hit send
Most suppliers in this category send you to a contact page and go quiet. Here is exactly what we do instead.
You tell us about the water
Surface area, rough depth, and how far the pond sits from power. If you don't know, say so — photos and a satellite screenshot are usually enough for us to work from.
We size the system, free
We match horsepower and pattern to your actual pond, check the electrical, and flag anything that will cause trouble later — spray drift onto parking, or a cable run that won't reach.
You get a real quote in one business day
Specific models, cord lengths, control panel and lighting, delivered pricing in CAD. The documentation a property manager or board needs to approve a purchase.
What commercial ponds are up against
Landscaping budgets cover the grass and the gardens, then forget that water is the most visible feature on the site — and the one that degrades fastest without circulation and oxygen.
Algae where clients park
Green water and surface mats form fastest in the still, shallow, nutrient-loaded ponds that sit at the front of most commercial sites — exactly where visitors see them.
Odour and mosquitoes near seating
A pond that stratifies goes anaerobic at the bottom and starts to smell. Standing water near patios and entrances becomes a complaint you hear about all summer.
A retention pond dragging the site down
The engineered stormwater pond most commercial properties carry is usually the last thing anyone budgets for, and the first thing a tenant or client notices going wrong.
Three facts decide almost everything
Have these ready and we can usually specify a system the same day. Don't have them? Send photos and we'll work it out from there.
Surface area
Roughly how big the water is, in acres or in feet by feet. This sets horsepower and how many units the pond needs.
Average depth
Decides whether a surface unit or bottom diffused aeration is the right approach, and how much of the water column you will actually turn over.
Distance to power
From the water's edge to the nearest panel, and what service is there — 120V, 240V or three-phase. This sets cable length and panel spec.
Commercial sites carry considerations a residential pond doesn't: position spray patterns so prevailing wind doesn't drift water onto walkways, patios or parked cars; pick pattern height against sight lines from the road and the main entrance; plan the lighting circuit with the fountain rather than after it; and set a run schedule that balances presence against operating cost. Larger fountains need 240V service, with three-phase options on several lines where campus power allows.
We specify from floating display fountains, aerating fountains, surface aerators and diffused aeration, with control panels, commercial LED lighting and water treatments as the project needs them. Sites with an engineered retention pond should also read our stormwater and retention pond page.

Frequently asked questions
A running fountain is the most visible feature on most commercial sites. It signals an actively maintained property and masks traffic noise near seating areas.
It also keeps the pond circulating, so algae and odour do not undermine the landscaping investment around it.
Yes. Kasco control panels with timer functions schedule the fountain around business and evening hours.
That manages electricity cost while keeping the fountain running whenever people are on site.
Pattern choice and placement handle it: narrower, lower patterns near paths and parking, taller displays where the pond has room, and positioning that accounts for prevailing wind.
Tell us where the pond sits relative to hard surfaces and we will recommend patterns accordingly.
Smaller units run on 120V; most commercial display fountains run on 240V single-phase.
Several fountain lines are available in three-phase configurations where campus electrical service allows. We spec the unit and control panel around the power you have.
In the Greater Toronto Area, our own team services and repairs fountains directly as an authorized Kasco repair centre.
Elsewhere in Canada we ship the specified equipment with documentation and support your local electrician or landscape contractor through installation.
Yes. We regularly quote through landscape contractors and property management companies.
Our trade support can be directed to whoever maintains your site.
