Fountain Depot is committed to offering competitive pricing on pond, fountain, aeration and water-management products across Canada. If you find an identical eligible product advertised for less by an authorized Canadian retailer, submit the offer for review using the form below. Our team will verify the product, the retailer and the total delivered price, and contact you with a decision. Approval is subject to verification and Fountain Depot’s discretion.
Eligibility Requirements
A price-match request qualifies for review when all of the following apply:
- The product is identical in brand, model number, size, voltage, horsepower, configuration and included accessories.
- The competitor is an authorized Canadian dealer for the brand.
- The product is new, currently in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor’s advertised price is publicly visible and verifiable.
- The competitor’s price is listed in Canadian dollars.
- Shipping, handling, duties, environmental fees and other mandatory charges are included in the comparison — we compare total delivered price.
- The request is submitted before your Fountain Depot order is placed.
- The requested quantity is reasonable and intended for normal customer use.
What the Price Match Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Clearance, liquidation, closeout or discontinued products
- Open-box, used, refurbished, returned or damaged products
- Marketplace sellers, auction websites or private sellers
- Unauthorized dealers
- Membership-only or account-specific pricing
- Contractor, dealer, distributor or wholesale pricing
- Typographical or pricing errors
- Coupon stacking, rebates, gift cards or loyalty rewards
- Bundled packages that cannot be directly compared
- Competitor financing offers
- Limited-time flash sales
- Products that are not in stock
- Custom orders, special orders or configured systems
- Installation, labour or professional services
- Previous purchases unless Fountain Depot specifically approves them
- Prices below Fountain Depot’s authorized minimum advertised pricing obligations

What products qualify for a price match?
New, in-stock products that are identical in brand, model number, size, voltage, horsepower, configuration and included accessories, advertised by an authorized Canadian dealer in Canadian dollars.
Does the competitor need to be located in Canada?
Yes. Fountain Depot compares prices against authorized Canadian retailers only, with the advertised price listed in Canadian dollars.
Do you include shipping in the comparison?
Yes. We compare the total delivered price, including shipping, handling, duties, environmental fees and any other mandatory charges.
Can marketplace listings be matched?
No. Marketplace sellers, auction websites and private sellers are excluded, along with unauthorized dealers.
Can I request a match after placing my order?
Requests must be submitted before your Fountain Depot order is placed. Previous purchases are excluded unless Fountain Depot specifically approves them.
Do sale and clearance products qualify?
Clearance, liquidation, closeout, discontinued and limited-time flash-sale prices are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.
Can contractor or wholesale pricing be matched?
No. Contractor, dealer, distributor, wholesale and membership-only or account-specific pricing cannot be matched.
How do I submit a price-match request?
Use the request form on this page before placing your order, then email a screenshot of the competitor’s offer to info@fountaindepot.com. Our team will review it and contact you with a decision.
What proof is required?
A publicly visible, verifiable competitor product URL and a screenshot of the advertised offer showing the product, price and availability.
Can Fountain Depot decline a request?
Yes. All requests are subject to verification of the competitor, product availability, shipping charges and offer details, and approval is at Fountain Depot’s discretion.
