  • Maximum depth, if known
  • Distance from the water's edge to the nearest electrical panel, and whether 120V, 240V, or three-phase service is available
  • What you're trying to solve: algae, odour, fish health, ice, appearance — or all of it
  • Photos of the site, if handy
  • Any deadline (spring start-up, event date, budget cycle)
