Kasco Marine TeichAire KM-60 Rebuild kit
Maintain the performance and reliability of your Kasco Marine TeichAire KM-60 compressor with the TeichAire KM-60 Rebuild Kit. This kit is specially designed for the TeichAire KM-60 compressors and includes all the necessary components for a comprehensive rebuild.
Rebuilds are recommended every 18 months to maintain your compressor.

Match the kit to the compressor model - KM-60, KM-120 or KM-200. They are not interchangeable.
The model is on the compressor label. If you cannot read it, send us a photo of the unit and we will identify it.
Regularly, and more often than most people do. A clogged filter forces the compressor to work harder and run hotter, and heat is what wears pistons out.
Note there are two housings - a 1/4 in. NPT and a 3/8 in. NPT for the KM-200. Order the one that matches your compressor.
Yes. RobustAire diffuser tubing is sold separately and is the part most likely to be damaged by machinery, ice movement or animals.
Tubing carries a 15-year warranty on RobustAire systems, so if it has failed early it is worth asking us about a claim before buying a replacement.
An air filter element and a rebuild kit for your compressor model. Both are inexpensive, and both are what stand between a running system and a dead one in the middle of August.
Diffuser membranes are the other wear item worth having if you run a multi-diffuser system.
