Kasco Composite C11 4 LED Light Kit (Universal) brings Kasco's proven WaterGlow lighting to non-Kasco fountains with 4 composite-housing LED fixtures at 11 watts (910 lumens) each and a universal mounting bracket assembly. It is ideal for adding durable, serviceable lighting to any brand of floating fountain.

Which fountain is it right for?
Choose the 4-fixture universal kit when your fountain is not a Kasco — the universal brackets adapt to other manufacturers' floats. If you own a Kasco fountain, the 3-fixture (1/2–1 HP) or 6-fixture (2–5 HP) kits with snap-on clips are the better fit. Questions on compatibility? They are not the same light. The composite kits are 11W per fixture with a 2-year warranty. The stainless steel kits are 19W per fixture with a 3-year warranty - roughly 70 percent more output and an extra year of cover.
On a large pond or a wide spray pattern that difference is visible. On a small residential fountain the composite kit is usually enough.
Kits come in three, four and six fixtures. Coverage across a spray pattern comes from more fixtures placed around the unit rather than fewer brighter ones, so a wide or tiered pattern wants more.

On the LED kits, by swapping the lens. Red, blue, green and amber lenses are included in the box, so changing the look costs nothing but a few minutes at the unit.
The RGB kit works differently - nine colours are selected electronically with no lens change at all. It runs on 24V DC rather than 120V, so it is wired differently from the standard kits.
Kits mount to the fountain itself, so they are matched to the brand and model. A Kasco kit will not fit an Aqua Control or AquaMaster unit.

Possibly. Lighting adds electrical load, and panels with a dedicated lighting circuit and photocell will switch the lights at dusk automatically.
See our control panels - the C-25, C-85 and C-95 are the lighting-capable models. Electrical work should be completed by a licensed electrician to local code.
That depends on the fountain. If the unit comes out before freeze-up, the lighting comes out with it.
Where a fountain runs through winter or is replaced by a de-icer, we will advise on the lighting separately. Ask before freeze-up rather than after.
