Description

Genuine Kasco mooring ropes for de-icers. Sold each — a de-icer uses two.

Kasco part number: 990800

The ropes set the angle the unit hangs at, and on a de-icer that angle is the whole job. It decides whether you open a clean circle at the surface or waste the current down at depth. They carry load through the entire freeze, so replace them once they stiffen or fray rather than getting one more winter out of them.
