Description

Genuine Kasco debris flinger for 1/2" shaft units. It sits above the mechanical seal and throws water and grit clear of the seal face — a small part doing a lot of work to keep water out of the oil.

Fits

  • De-icers — 2400D, 3400D, 4400D
  • Surface aerators — 2400A, 3400A, 4400A
  • AquatiClear circulators — 2400C, 3400C, 4400C
  • VFX fountains — 2400VFX, 3400VFX, 4400VFX
  • J series fountains — 3400J, 4400J

Replace it whenever the shaft stack comes apart. It costs a few dollars and it's protecting a motor worth several hundred. Units of 2 HP and above use flinger 840510 instead.
