Genuine Kasco VFX tube for large fountains. The tube carries the whole column from below the float up to the discharge disc, and on the large units it's a substantial structure with legs running the full length of the motor can.
It's also the costliest single part on the machine, so it's worth protecting. Ice movement is what bends them — a unit left in through freeze-up without adequate de-icing is the usual story behind a replacement.
